General Manager
As the General Manager of CRE Management, Will manages all day-to-day operations and is responsible for all brokerage and leasing activities as they relate to the portfolio. Will’s role has been vital in continuing the strong relationships CRE Management has with brokers, banks, buildings, owners and tenants. To date, Will has completed over 350,000 SF of leasing and over $100 million in real estate transactions on behalf of the assets under management. Prior to joining the firm, Will was a Financial Analyst for State Street Bank in Boston. Will completed his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Suffolk University, is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and The Urban Land Institute (ULI).
