Senior Controller
Rich is the Senior Controller for Property Accounting. Rich is responsible for all lease administration, accounts payable and receivable as well as portfolio operations, budgeting and cash management. Through day-to-day communication Rich maintains successful relationships with tenants and vendors servicing the portfolio. Previously, Rich was a Senior Trust Administrator with Investor’s Bank & Trust and was a tax professional with Joseph Cahill & Associates preparing federal and state income taxes.
